We are an inclusive staffing agency for the events industry. We recruit, train, and support autistic adults and adults with learning disabilities to take on paid roles such as event assistants, stewards, access support staff, and more.

We also offer event management services with a focus on accessibility - helping clients design inclusive event layouts, provide quiet spaces, and implement practices that make their events welcoming for everyone.

Our work creates meaningful employment opportunities for people who are often underrepresented in the workforce, improving their confidence, financial independence, and sense of belonging. At the same time, events benefit from diverse, knowledgeable staff and expert guidance on accessibility.
